Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Site layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent image drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key labelling different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
